The room on first inspection appeared to be clean. On closer inspection, there wasn't a plug for the tub. The bottom sheet on my king size bed was put on improperly and the corners kept coming off. The ice machine wasn't working on my floor. This was a very disappointing 2 day stay.

"We stayed in the room on a Saturday night, and had an issue with another guest disturbance early in the morning. I spoke with a concierge about the incident. There was a dog staying in a room several rooms down from us. The dog woke us and the other guests on our floor, early in the morning after it got loose from the room and ran through the hallway. The Drury concierge shrugged her shoulders and said that guests were allowed to have pets because they paid a $50 pet fee. The problem wasn’t addressed, let alone solved."
