Really nice rooms. Nice people. Only compliments were there wasnt any conditioner for me to use, and I had it listed as two adults staying and there was only one regular coffee in the room.

I stayed one night Semi truck was in the shop. There was three restaurants options w I was able to walk to. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. Excellent personality. The room was clean and spacious.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to the freeway. You're far enough away for it to be quiet, but close enough to easily travel.

This property was easy access off the highway. It was pretty clean. I didn't like that the curtains didn't close all the way. Just curtain panels on the windows and a bright light in the parking lot shining in the window. We had to rig up a curtain tie holding together in the middle.

The lady checking in was very unacceptably rude. We informed the hotel we would be arriving late and our situation. The lady would not allow me to finish explaining or finish a sentence. It was like she could care less of what I was wanting to say or explain. It honestly made me want to leave right then. The next day the other staff was great though, that one lady though was way to rude.

This place was awsome! The staff very friendly - referred to me by name. The facility was spotless, and the room - perfect. I didn't even feel the need to spray disinfectant or air freshner. I have dog allergies and have issues if one has been in the room. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choices. This was my first time in a Fairfield and if these are the standards, I will certainly be looking for more.

We first got a room that the water poured all out into the floor when you turned the shower on. The lady that night at the front desk knew about it and gave me extra towels however, these did not suffice. The next morning I asked for a different room and all was good.
