Quiet convenient location close to the shopping area. Very nicely maintained hotel especially on the inside. They had breakfast buffet, a bar but we didn't have time.

If you call 100 times at front desk only one time they answer. Second if you go physically to see reception 15-30 minutes wait for him to discuss your situation and issues. Third the swimming pool water temperature was extremely cold. Fourth the maintenance was very poor, no fixation. Fifth the cleaning crew and times was so bad because this is upto them to clean or not. I traveled a lot but crown plaza was very poor.

The service was great and the room was comfortable, but the air-conditioner made a strange noise when the fan shut off. I notified the front desk and they sent a maintenance person to fix it.
