Staff called me at 1130pm to let me know their system did not capture my card and i needed to go downstairs to rerun my card however the charge was already pending in my account. I showed them and they indicated they needed to run it again which then showed a 2nd charge. I let them know they could have called earlier that evening and not when i was already asleep. They had no respect for the time and could not fix the double charge. I have to wait to see if one of them drops off.

Change your front desk staff at night

So I’ve recently like probably a week apart have stayed at this hotel and somehow I was charged a different deposit for each visit seems very suspicious and while I didn’t fight with the front desk I do believe there was some sort of ulterior motive behind the sudden increase
