We loved the facilty and it's amenities. Breakfast was outstanding with almond milk for dairy free diets! However, the traffic noise was loud, even in the rooms.

Never again.

I've been staying w/ this brand for many years. This was the worst. I arrived early w/ the hope that I could get a room closer to the entrance/elevator to move some expensive equipment into the room. The clerk (not ONE smile) put me in 330. 3rd floor. At the farthest point away from the elevator. I checked with the morning clerk and he told me they had 30 unfilled rooms that night. The breakfast was mediocre. The 75.00 pet fee is a gouge (make it a deposit???) Never again and you need to teach that clerk some manners.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building and room were very clean. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had.

Hotel.com fail

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean and modern. Staff was excellent. But Hotel.com did not follow through with the reservation as I had booked and when I arrived at the hotel I had no reservation, I was fortunate that they still had an available room.
