Cheyenne Getaway.

Great hotel. Great check in experience. Extremely friendly staff. The provided shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Had a great time. Lots of food and shopping around. Will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Disappointing for premium facility

Excited for R&R only to find that the spa was broken and the part would be here tomorrow. That didn’t happen and the sign was laminated, which makes us wonder how often this occurs. Sometime in the 4 AM hour or 6 AM hour if fire alarm went off for what would be the first of five or six times over the next few hours. In our room, it was loud enough to wake us in the breakfast it was ear piercing and definitely uncomfortable. The front desk staff did what they could, but essentially laughed it off as only they could with a faulty sensor explanation. In good news, the breakfast attendant was amazing, the room was very clean and lovely, but the other negatives really did drown out the positives in many ways for once again what is considered to be a premium experience at a premium price.

Perfect! The doors, headboards and spot on the walls could have been wiped but overall great rooms and amenities . Hot tub was fairly cold the morning of departure and the jets wouldn’t turn on

We were supposed to stay in Laramie but they shut down I-80, so we had to stay in Cheyenne. This hotel is great, the staff was excellent. We even had to stay one extra night. Breakfast was very good.
