The house was beautiful! It was clean, stocked with everything you might need (including sounds machines for the bedrooms ), and it was a great location! I had a few questions and the host responded with help very quickly! It was the perfect stay for a group of 6 girls for my 40th birthday!!

Place is great and just as described and represented. Had 4 adult men staying for a local golf outing for 2 nights and it's a perfect place for that. Brewery and restaurant next door make it easy to walk down and fill up and then hang out at the place in the evening. Beds are comfortable and everything you need is there already. Would recommend for a Chattanooga south side stay.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were fabulous with comfortable beds and unique and stylish decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. When we didn’t feel like cooking there was a restaurant/brewery right next door. Great place, great location close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vibe in Chattanooga

We had a wonderful stay here. Jared was amazing to communicate with before we arrived. The townhouse was easy to find and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a challenge but if you stay aware it’s not a problem. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for couples traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite spot was the rooftop seating. We sat out every night with the fire pit going and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We didn’t try the restaurant next door but it was very popular. Each room had a sound machine so outside noises were not a problem. Just can’t say enough nice things about this rental.

Our family loved our stay at this Southside Chattanooga gem. Great location, spotless townhome, very comfortable beds, and an awesome rooftop patio, perfect for watching the sunset over Lookout Mountain. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.
