I happened to be 90 minutes early for check in, and there was no one attending the front desk. After standing there for about 15 minutes I had to call the number in order for someone to come out to the desk. Upon informing her that I would like to check in she said I couldn’t be checked in until 3pm. She didn’t even look to see if they might have had a room available, it was just a flat out no. I’ve never experienced that at any hotel before.

The property was very clean, and staff were wonderful. However, there was a tremendous amount of noise all throughout the night. Every door that opened in the hallway to other rooms would slam shut. This was very, very disturbing and again, went on throughout the night. There was also a lot of noise from the parking lot, the airport, and voices in the hallway. I was also surprised to learn there was a parking fee each day. I would not choose this location again.

I'd stay again

During my weekend stay, overall everything was great and clean. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the carpet free room and quietness after a certain time. Breakfast was good as well and a nice selection to choose from. The location was very convenient to local restaurants and events as well. My least favorite part was the paying for parking per night. The front desk did let us know that when using a third party to book hotel, it is not easily seen in the fine print. Even with that, I enjoyed the hotel.
