Both extra locks on the hotel door were broken and did not function. We had no internet service in our room and when we talked to the front desk staff about it, they said they were going to send someone to repair it but no one ever came. Very disappointed in the stay.

Overal the property was well maintained. The fridge and sofa weren’t clean but the Supervisor was very accommodating and assisted us with all our needs. Their was one employee that wasn’t hospitable and had a negative disposition that made customers feel unwelcome. Otherwise, it was peaceful and very pleasant. Despite paying for parking, it was a nightmare to find adequate parking especially after the gate was up for an entire day allowing others to come and go.

The room that we received was dirty there was trash behind the door and the shower doors kept sliding seems some type of mechanical error and the shower floor was horrible stained (need some bleaching) for $169.00 night room this was unacceptable. There was trash in the hallway on our floor when we arrived and when we left. Seems no one serviced the surrounding areas. The bed needs replacing because the middle is sinking and the sheets were dirty with stains. Dusting would also help because my allergies were at an all time high. I really wish I didn’t have to stay here but due to flight cancellation I had no choice for a last minute stay. The staff was very help and did their best to assist with basic hygiene needs. I thank them for their kindness and understanding because my wife and I were frustrated with the travel situation.

My mom is handicap and old and the hotel would not accommodate her. The staff had no patience was short tempered and not accommodating. Our stay was not a good one at all. The cover for the hearing fell off and almost hit my grandson in the head . The staff just put it back like it wasn’t a hazard . I had to place a chair in front to prevent it from falling again. We were also charged for a day we did not stay . Terrible stay ! We would never stay again nor recommend anyone to stay . Horrible experience!! The food was not presentable and there was not enough prepared for the amount of people staying at the location. Terrible terrible experience!!!

Hotel is nice. I like that it has its own living room. The only downside is the staff that checked us in and checked us out. The front desk clerk who checked me in and checked me out was unfriendly. She didn’t even explain where’s the way to my room and didn’t say anything. She just gave me the key and that’s it. And after checking out, she didn’t even tell me I’m getting charge for something. I just found out I was charge on my banking app after leaving the hotel so I didn’t know why I was charged about $35.
