Staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night and still received a smile when we walked in the door. Our room was just what we needed for one night. Our only issue was that the mattress was very worn-out and not comfortable. If the mattress was replaced i would stay in the same room again

The young lady at check-in had the personality of a rock. She never made eye contact. She should not be working with the public. Otherwise, the hotel was clean but the pillows were terrible.

This hotel is a great location to stay in Mount Pleasant, SC. This hotel is conveniently located to shopping and Isle of Palms beaches. The parking lot has plentiful spaces. The hotel is well maintained. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The worst example of customer service I can remember in a long time. Check in was delayed due lack of cleaning help and the little girl left in charge to share the delay was ill equipped to disseminate this information. I.E. rude, never offering ( probably not knowing how ) to offer an apology. This was a pleasure trip, and I traveled for business over 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences I can remember. I will probably discontinue using 3rd party reservation sites and deal directly with properties!
