"Beautifully decorated home just steps from the beach. This was our first time staying in Oxnard/Hollywood beach and we will definitely be back. We were there over Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of parking. Lots of places to eat nearby. This house truly has everything you need for a weekend at the beach. There were bicycles, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, even a wagon to haul all your beach gear. Lots of windows to let in the ocean breeze and sunshine and a gorgeous ocean view."

"The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time after ironing out a few problems. I’m sorry but it was not as clean as we are used to with a Vrbo. We had to wipe/clean the shelves in the fridge before we put our food away. The floors were very sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in some time especially in the bathrooms. We were not impressed with your house cleaner. You need to give some sort of direction about the pantry in the elevator closet since there is very limited storage in the kitchen. We had problems getting into and locking the house because we were given the wrong code. Then when we called the phone number given, there was no answer. The first night after returning from dinner, we had ants all over the kitchen and floor. They appeared to be coming 8n under the door from the balcony. There were too many remotes for the tv with no instructions on how to use it. A recommendation is to have bar soap or shower gel for each bathroom. We did appreciate you opening the 3rd bathroom especially since we used that tub to bathe the kids since the tub on the ground floor doesn’t have a stopper. We definitely would consider renting from you again. We had a GREAT time. The location is perfect.Thank you."
