"We had the best experience at this hotel. We got there very early from our flight from newark and had barely slept and the receptionist got us into our rooms 3 hours ahead of schedule so we could finally rest. Tiago and Pedro were especially so sweet and helpful during our stay. The food was delicious on the roof top and Luana was so sweet! Breakfast was incredible as well and the service was always top tier. very close proximity to the town center and airport making this hotel a very convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!"

"My experience at this hotel was excellent. I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel was and by the amazing amenities it offers. Unfortunately, due to our itinerary, we didn’t have the chance to use the sauna or try the restaurant, but I have no doubt they are excellent as well. Our room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also fantastic close to everything and right on an avenue with plenty of shops, restaurants, and options for dining, which made our stay even more convenient. I especially want to highlight how incredibly friendly and welcoming the staff was. Everyone at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Even on the day we checked out, very early in the morning, the security gentleman waited outside with us until our Uber arrived. He was so courteous and kind, and that small gesture really made an impression on us. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in Porto and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was very large and clean. It was a little noisy being directly below the lobby area you could hear the footsteps of everyone walking around, especially the staff. Parking was a plus and the breakfast was adequate."
