When I tried to get into my room, someone was already in there! The night manager said that wasn’t the first time that had happened, and had no idea who it was. I had to go to another hotel and was just lucky that they had room for me.

Ugh… where do I begin? The room smelled, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was weak and the floor was dirty. I’m glad we were only there for a few hours. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful, but other staff were not. I had much higher expectations from Country Inn and Suites… I know it’s not the Hilton… but it should be better than a motel 6!

Nice Overnight Stay

Staff was very pleasant, room was clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast a pleasant convenience. The elevator was working, plenty of good parking, and the shower had nice hot water. Overall a very nice stay!

On Friday, Aug 29, men's bathroom was "HORRIBLE"!! Advertised pineapple juice in the morning for breakfast-- none was ever available. Morning coffee was always cold--had to heat in microwave. One morning there was no hand paper towels in the women's restroom, informed the desk clerk, her reply was "don't know how to do that" --- We have stayed there several times before but will not go back --

The staff were wonderful. After being stranded due to a diverted flight, they took good care of a plane full of people. They even had a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste since the airline wouldn’t release carryon bags. Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle service was super helpful!
