"Loft was wonderful, looked like new. Staff were very helpful on arrival, our room was huge, free mini-bar restocked daily & free €10 card to use in the wine vending machine in the corridor was pleasant surprise, as were the free biscuits & savoury snacks. Breakfast was one of the widest spreads I've seen in a while & catered for all including baby food for those with small children."

"The hotel is located in a nice part of the city making things easily accessible. My opinion the hotel looks well presented in places but certain things that let it down. My stay, new stylish bathroom, very nice. The room, nice comfortable bed, new carpet, furniture old and worn, showing signs of wear, cobwebs over the unit next to the TV, wallpaper blown in places and looks not, not right. Odd that modern bathroom and comfortable bed 5 star, rest is average."
