"The property is very well equipped with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. In the centre opposite the castle, everything is a short walk away. Good variety of restaurants nearby and a Morrison supermarket about five minutes walk away. Very handy for visiting the castle and gardens. Very near the A1 for travel. The only problem I encountered was that the WiFi didn't work and that was a bit inconvenient for me. "

"Grand old building , room clean and tidy , excellent night’s sleep . Breakfast good loved the timed sit down . Significant problem in that to ensure right mix of tables, all through the meal tables were being dismantled rolled out to a storage room and others replaced and set . A bit like breakfast whilst refurbishment on going ."
