"We have stayed in this area many times and this is the best location. The house was exactly as described; beautiful and comfy. There were many board games available, although we did not take advantage. The outside has several places to sit and eat or sit and enjoy the fire pit, or use the gas fire pit. We live in Flagstaff, but really enjoy the Pinetop/Lakeside area. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back. "

"Wonderful trip and would DEFINITELY stay here again. Awesome covered porch with table seating for an easy 10! The A/C inside was central cooling and not window units! A drawer full of 30 spices for cooking at the cabin, if you want. Very very clean inside and Tom was super easy to text or call for anything we needed. We did not have our dog with us, but the back fenced yard would be great for any pets. The inside was very clean and not a sign of any pet hairs and no smells at ALL. We had our baby under 2 years old with us and he was able to navigate the cabin without any problems or concerns. We are already looking at more days to stay here again! Oh, the grill in the backyard was on a gas hookup, no propane cans to deal with. Can’t get any better than this. Quiet area and able to walk the neighborhood with very little traffic!"
