Solo travelled to Cartagena. The staff made me feel safe and cared for every step of the day. The breakfast was my favourite way to begin the day. The à la carte menu is 10/10. I also enjoyed relaxing and recharging near the pool area and watch the sunsets from the rooftop.

Overall, this is a lovely hotel and a great place to stay. The property felt like a small oasis — I really appreciated the pool areas with plenty of loungers and shade, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with both buffet options and made to order items, and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. That said, I did have a disappointing experience at the end of my stay. I paid for a round trip airport transfer through the hotel. My pickup to return to the airport never occurred, and I ultimately had to order an Uber to ensure I made my flight. The hotel initially offered a cash refund, which I declined since I was leaving the country, and they agreed to refund the charge back to my card. I followed up in writing and received a cancellation confirmation noting the issue was on their end. Unfortunately, despite following up again, I never received confirmation that the refund was processed and did not receive a response, which ultimately required me to dispute the charge with my bank. It was an unfortunate ending to an otherwise nice stay.

This is a very beautiful hotel. It's in the heart of the city with lots to do around it. Also, it's very close to excursion meeting points and nightlife options. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out to me was Stacy she was just wonderful, she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with me cake and sang Happy Birthday with the rest of the staff, while me and my partner were having breakfast (super cute) she was just overall a joy to talk to and made my stay feel super at home. Osh Hotel I’ll be back !!

Was a beautiful hotel. The luxury pool side in lobby is by far the best part of the hotel and many things are great here. Be sure to pay the extra for breakfast because you can chose anything off the menus to be made for you and there is buffet options coffee, juice, all unlimited included if you pay for breakfast everything was delicious too. They have free massages by the pool side. Passion fruit icy with cream included by pool side. Second poll on roof with another bar up there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice size and bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The room was a little bit smaller for a double bed but it was clean. The buffet breakfast was OK the à la carte breakfast was incredible. Vicki the coordinator that does all the bookings to the islands, and events was the best and so was gusto they made our trip amazing. And we loved that we were able to access so many different Wellness activities that were included in our stay.

The staff was wonderful, hotel is very clean in an excellent location! Everything was walking distance, their breakfast was fresh and delicious. Looking forward to return soon and to recommend some of my clients to go and experience. If there was only one thing I had to say is the terrace view in my room needs a little TLC (more privacy) and and outdoor seating area in the space besides that it was a great experience.
