Perfect location

Although the service was excellent, details like arriving at the room and finding the AC off, no complimentary bottle of water, first-floor room, you can hear conversations, lobby was always hot.

Good stay, but beward of the noise

Cute hotel with good service and comfortable facilities. Included breakfast was really good. If you are a sensitive sleeper, beware of the noise if you have room facing the street, the windows don't block any of the noise and you'll hear every car driving outside.

Beautiful hotel, a bit costly.

The room and hotel was beautiful. We had views of the ocean. Hotel is quiet but close to the action (5 min walk). The breakfast is included and very good. The staff was very friendly, but seemed unorganized. Water in the room is NOT free (no sign of price but got charged at check out). Room cost is quite expensive for Colombia (would have thought the drinks in the room were included with that price). Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but maybe would stay somewhere a bit more reasonable.

The hotel in general exceeded my expectations, the location was beautiful, fantastic and convenient. Staff was incredibly friendly. Water pressure was strong, AC was cold, bed was comfortable. Only two issues, we were in the room in front of the kitchen/bar and next to the stairs. We could hear conversations of the staff and footsteps of people walking the stairs, they woke us up, other than that, the experience was great.

I had an amazing stay at Moet Cartagena . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, and the the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the historic center . I especially think that they should improve the breakfast, give more options and have a menu printed out for the guest. Highly recommend!

This was an exceptional 5 star experience! I definitely chose the right place for my friend and I to celebrate my birthday. Moet is a beautiful hotel boutique. It’s super close to everything yet quiet from all that Cartagena has to offer with an amazing sunset view from the rooftop. Cartagena is an awesome city to visit full of colors, music, food, entertainment and tours. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. A special thanks to Mayra, Mari, Y Zerlis for taking care of me while I wasn’t feeling so good. Thank you for my husband’s surprise birthday dessert. And thank you to Esteban for being so kind.
