I stayed in a king bed suite. The “kitchen” is a small corner with a sink and microwave. The sink was very small and there was barely any counter space since the coffee maker took most the space. The pictures online are very deceiving with the room. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating but I will say that the breakfast staff is very rude. I have never experienced this at this chain of hotels. The pancake machine was not working and when we told the staff about it they basically said there’s no more. Then proceeded to just talk in the back room. I was also told that there was no more sugar packets. This is very unlike holiday inn express. I honestly won’t stay at this location again.
