The AC has knobs that are broken and the heat setting gives cold air. The sheets and pillows had sweat stained. Asked for clean ones via ate y message that asked to text back in anything was needed. Response to provide room received 4 hours later. By that time I had already located a staff member and was given clean sheets for ME to replace. Towels had dirty shoe marks and make up. They just refilled and presented as replaced. Was not given towels. Good thing I had my own. Loud screaming cursing and people smoking drinking and other inappropriate activities all night long. Unsafe and scary place! Can’t believe I actually stayed here. Never again!

The shower was terrible and dirty it was painted over the sink was dirty the toilet when flush you had to to hold the handle other wise wouldn’t flush and water kept running it was a disaster I’m not a nagative person what’s so ever but this was a bad experience and I had to ask for towels because we stayed 3 days sorry but never again. 😡

It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I got in late at 11 pm and I checked out first thing in the morning. This place should not be on your web site. I want a refund it was that bad and I’m sure drug dealers live there. It was very dirty and everything was so old and in need of major repair. Faucet water handles install backwards they worked in reverse of a normal handle.

The room was nothing like the ones pictured. It smelled musty and moldy, the flooring had patches that had peeled off, just two thin sheets as blankets in the bed, the room was so cold and the heating didn’t work. I booked to stay 3 nights and I just couldn’t stay. I checked out about 2 hours after I checked in so I didn’t even stay one night.

It's not only dated It's dilapidated. A/C didnt cool, patches on bathroom ceiling, mismatched furniture, house phone not functioning, and bed were like mush.

The room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpet, peeling paint, dirty and stained bedspread, busted bathroom tiles, cracked door frame from previously being kicked in. And worst of all, the pull to turn on the shower was unattached and shower would not work. We had to kneel and take a sponge bath.

It is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed. No breakfast was provided even though it is already mentioned "included" when I booked this hotel. Similarly, swimming pool is not open even though it says it is available when booking. In-room sanitation is poor. There are dead and live ants on the walls and in the restroom area.
