Although the hotel was nice, the hotel is kind of hidden in the back of the street and it was dark. The worse thing is that there were a lot of homeless living in their parked vehicles in front of the hotel which made me feel unsafe.

Upon arrival we were told the pool had plumbing issues so it was closed. The pool was the main reason for the stay, it’s not the hotels fault, but it wouldn’t been nice to offer some sort of discount for the inconvenience- it doesn’t make the $250 One night stay worth it. The room was sub par. The ac was very loud, the ceiling light in the hall wasn’t working, and the drain plug for the bath didn’t work as well. Not worth the $.

Fire alarm kept going off

I never have any issues with this hotel. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable and I feel safe at this property. Unfortunately, this latest visit, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 of the 4 nights I was there. It was annoying being woken up in the middle of the night be the alarm when there was no fire or emergency.

My stay went great the entire time. The hotel is very well equipped with enough amenities to not want to go anywhere. My favorite part was the free coffee 24/7 . Would definitely go back if I’m ever around the area.

It was a very clean property. Everyone was super nice, especially the staff during breakfast time. The only 2 downsides during our stay was the front desk personnel during the second day of our stay (that was June 28 Saturday morning) she was really rude. The AC in our room was making a lot of noise that we werent able to sleep during our first night, my mom told her in the morning to inform her nicely, and she had an attitude telling my mom "why didn't you let us know right away?!" without even apologizing. Other than that every body else were great!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. The area smelled really good. The property was a little secluded from stores but next to the freeway allowing for easy access to get in and out.

Clean, efficient, and quiet

This was our second stay at this property and we will probably come again. Both times we stayed one night to break up our trip between the Bay Area and Los Angeles. The hotel is clean, the check-in is efficient, and the room is spacious and well insulated so there’s no noise problem. They serve a great breakfast, too. Highly recommend.
