The location can’t be beat—steps from top restaurants, Stephen Avenue, and Prince’s Island Park. But our week-long stay was seriously undermined by a constant moldy odor in our room, by checkout, my kids and I were all dealing with itchy throats and coughing. Breakfast was equally frustrating, we arrived at 8:45 AM to ensure we wouldn’t be late, only to have our breakfast served at 10:15 AM making us late for our plans. On the bright side, the pool was excellent, exactly what drew us here and my kids absolutely loved it.

Nice hotel but rooms need updating. Not the most convenient downtown location and a massive amount of construction going on around. Restaurant was grossly understaffed, waiter tried his best.

We brought our dog to a hotel for the first time ever and we're very nervous as we have an anxious larger breed dog (50lbs) and it wouldn't have gone any better. Fantastic staff and check in process

This used to be my go-to hotel in Calgary. It was great with kids but this time wasn't so awesome. $50 for parking and the staff weren't especially friendly or helpful. There is nowhere very close by to buy water or snacks. The snacks in the room were $10. The little sink and microwave area has no dishes, just a note that you can call down if you need any. For the price $300 on a weekend in March i think i could do better.
