Nice and quiet hotel with breakfast included and prompt shuttle service to the airport. Lots of parking space and friendly staff. Downfall, no restaurant near by, we had to walk to another hotel about 3 blocks away for food.

Convenient for any airport travel. The room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom toilets were quality. The breakfast was great for me and my son. I wish they had non slip mats for the bath. My son was slightly uneasy in the showe. Overall, wonderful experience. 9 out of 10! Thank you.

Alright for a quick stay, but would not return

The rooms are fine, standard, typical, nothing special. Something I found particularly shocking is the fact that this hotel does not clean your room daily, and they only come to fix beds and change towels after 3 nights and all with the excuse of claiming this promotes them being “eco-friendly” when in reality it is likely to cut costs and corners on the staff they employ to clean. Furthermore, I found it highly distasteful charging $1 for coffee. Other hotels I’ve been to in calgary give premium coffee for free, but this one average one you have to pay for. Breakfast is average, the same is served everyday and they ran out of plates, cups, mugs and cutlery very quickly. Another factor that cheapened the experience is the room coming equipped with “smart tvs” that do not work, Netflix and internet signal are disabled on the tvs and when calling reception, goodluck getting any response. There was 5 occasions in one night I had to call reception and got no response, phone rings and rings to no end. The hotel also cheapens out on these mini sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If anything giving out these mini disposable bottles is far less cost effective than having refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash glued to the bathroom walls and would reduce on the plastic, yet for some reason the hotel sees giving out single use plastic bottles as more “eco-friendly.” If the stay was cheaper, I wouldn’t be complaining, but given the cost, I won’t be returning.

Check-in was straightforward. Staff were efficient. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked fine. Great service for pick-up and drop-off from and to the airport, using the free shuttle service, provided by the hotel. We only stayed one night, so can’t comment on any of the other facilities. For an airport hotel, it was fine.

I was disappointed in the bus shuttle to the airport. I made my reservation for 7 am and I sat in the dining area waiting. No announcement was made and I missed my bus to the airport at7 and had to take the 730. I feel that someone could have announced that the shuttle was ready to go to the airport especially since I scheduled my name on the list for transportation. I was very disappointed in that and when I addressed it I was just shrugged off. Disappointing in the shuttle service.
