Needs some attention

The bathrooms were incredible. Clean and plenty of towels and Dove amenities. Even a nightlight! The bed however, looked terrible! The cover was really wrinkled - I would not have put it on my own bed! It looked like it had gone through a wringer! Our friend’s bed in another room looked the same! The bed was comfy but a bit “sloppy”. Not very inviting Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs with peppers, seasoned potatoes and sausage with the usual bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt and juice. We used the transfer bus from the airport and truthfully it was a disgrace to Wingate. Nothing wrong with the driver but the van was really dirty! The floor was filthy with mud, salt and rock chips. It looked like it had not been cleaned out for quite a while.
This was the cover on the bed - clean but so uninviting.
