A warm welcome is expected and highly appreciated…but didn’t have that feeling. Booked the hotel mainly for the hot tub, which my kids were eagerly waiting for and staff said it is out of order..highly disappointing…only two elevators and one is out of order which made everyone wait for long time..overall highly disappointing

Property is decent pets friendly, but they don’t have housekeeping every day I stay here for six day only got housekeeping once during these day, they even not come to make your bed and there’s hairs in the washroom guessing from previous guest. Not the greatest place to stay. You have many other option in the same lane for the same price.

Hotel is excellent but had one flaw. Water in the hotel is terrible, having a foul taste. Had to buy bottled water. Also, the hot tub was closed during my stay but that was only an inconvenience. Check out was exceedingly slow. All the basics were excellent at a very reasonable cost per night.

I came here to stay overnight after travelling for about 20 hours and before continuing to do further travel. The shuttle was easy to contact and find, the staff were very helpful and warm, the room had all you need for a functional stay. It was clean, bed was comfy, shower pressure great. Outside noise was blocked out well.
