The property is run down which I can deal with if it’s at least clean, which it was not. The room was gross, it smelled bad and had the windows wide open when I got there I’m sure to try and air the smell out. The carpet was not only heavily stained all over but also visibly dirty and definitely not recently vacuumed, not a floor you would want to walk barefoot on. Then the bathroom, clearly barely wiped down as many random hairs around but the worst was the long black hairs hanging on the towel rack right up against the “clean” towels. I only stayed here as it was one of the few options available but would never stay again, I’d rather sleep in my truck next time. Staff was friendly enough but other than that, nothing good here, do not recommend.

It was a place to stay. The bed cover had lots of hair on it but the sheets and bedding were clean. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The elevators were horrible. Our room key had to be recharged twice a day. Although advertised, there was no restaurant. Looking out the window onto a dirty cluttered rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The price was right and we were thankful to have a place to stay.

SO NOW, BECAUSE YOU ONLY LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW OF THIS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS POLICY AFTER (((after!!!!!!!!)))) AFTER THEY HAVE PAID ((on a website that won't allow cancellations or refunds!!!!!!!!))
