Only 2 plug ins worked I. The room which is annoying when your 2 girls trying to do your hair in front of a mirror and charge your phones before going to stampede. Impossible to call the front desk from room phone or cellphone since the phone automatically says the hotel is closed for renovations which isn’t true obviously as we were there and checked in Was in a super good location tho which is nice

I was very pleased with my stay at the Coast Hotel in Calgary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are actually suites, and are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. It's located in a quiet part of the downtown Calgary Beltway, close to nearby parks as well as many good restaurants. The only negative was that one of the two elevators was not working during my stay. It did not cause any major delays, and hotel management was working on it, but it was a concern. That being said, the staff more than made up for this with their kind consideration and helpfulness. A special shout out to the young lady who helped me with early check-in after a long flight.

Hotel was alright. Decent location downtown. Not really any food on site other than buy microwave stuff in lobby. Lots of tours to Banff operate from this location. Suite eas clean and simple.

I liked how central it was but didn’t like the fact the parking cost for the night was $26! Seems outrageous for tiny wee spots. Someone dinged my vehicle. You literally cannot get your bags out of the side doors. We had to crawl into the back seat then push everything to the hatch of the vehicle and I only drive an RDX. Not huge by any means. Ans no security! For that price you’d think it would be monitored. Room were spacious and well appointed, however not everything have been upgraded. The old doors and the hingers they are on really squeak in the night when someone goes to the washroom. They need to fix that. Just a small annoyance. Overall, it was spacious and served our needs.
