Hotel Berna
Towels were scratchy and the shower changed temperature randomly, but the breakfast made up for it, exceeded expectations. There was a super dusty vent in the bathroom too.

Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch. The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive. We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved. Breakfast was delicious too.
