"Nice place. Great kids room upstairs. A little dicey getting to ski run down a steep slope behine the house after a big snow storm.Very steep road to get to home, beware in bad conditions. All wheel drive needed, partially dirt road."

"Chad did a nice job welcoming us when we arrived. Made sure we had everything we needed. Shower could use some work but other than that place was great. "

"Our family of four had a great time at the cozy cabin! We were there during a huge snow storm & it was an incredible place to weather the storm. The house is heated by the fireplace, which works great & adds to the cozy feel. The city did a great job plowing the roads & shovels were supplied by the cabin to clear the path. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, & our sweet dog in our group. I would definitely recommend not having any more than 2 adults in your group due to the size. The cabin was adorable & beautifully decorated, but a little claustrophobic, especially the bathroom. It would probably feel more roomy if we didn’t have all our ski gear crowding the house.The stove top would only work if using a lighter to get it going & the oven was a challenge as well, which I have notified the owners of. It was nice the owners supplied a couple k cups for the kuerig coffee machine.The location is nice. It was a couple minute drive to either ski lift. If the weather is nice, you can walk to the “mall,” which has a general store, a couple restaurants & an ice rink. We’d stay there again, but would not bring as much food requiring the use of the oven. It was such a treat to bring our sweet dog, who loved traveling with us. Thanks to the owners for a nice stay!"

"Due to the unprecedented storms in Louisiana, we had to cancel our trip. But the host was super helpful moving dates when we thought the trip may be a go. Unfortunately it did not work out but the communication and kindness was off the charts. "
