"Our room was very nice and clean, and we had a very quiet restful night. But, when we went to breakfast at 8:00, the area was unkempt, the floor very dirty with mud, the food was mostly gone, and we never saw anyone working the area. There wasn’t any sugar for Cooke, only artificial sweetener. No yogurt, no fruit, no breakfast meat. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. "

The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no elevator. Very odd. You would think the manager would be there making sure those stuck there were still taken care of to the best of their ability. I did message the hotel regarding this directly. "
