"Pedimos habitación en planta Baja en area de no fumadores y nos pusieron en una donde un grupo de hombres en la puerta de junto estaban fumando, el olor claro que daba a la que sería nuestra habitación, lo dejamos pasar…. Compramos comida y apenas abrimos el paquete en la pared junto a las cabeceras de la cama salieron cucarachas, dejamos la habitación y lo reporte. Nos cambiaron de habitación al segundo piso, entramos y estaba limpio pero un olor poco agradable, lo dejamos pasar…. Los niños se recostaron en una de las camas y en el vaso de refresco que dejaron en la mesa ya también con bichos…. Lo reportamos y dijeron “es que no han venido a fumigar, es una empresa externa a nosotros”"
