Tulsa Basketball - January 2023

We were in Tulsa for a basketball tournament. We chose these property due to the pictures provided. We checked in and the property had not been cleaned well, the faucet on the kitchen sink was lose and felt like it was going to fall apart, the floors were not clean, the baseboards in the master bathroom were terribly dirty. The window seal in the kitchen had ant bate sitting on it and the whole window seal was very dirty. The towels provided for the master bathroom ( 2 towels and 2 wash clothes) needed to be replaced. They were thin and old. I did speak with the property owners or the property management and shared with them our disappointment upon our check in. I hope in the future they make some necessary updates.

Tidy, spacious country home!

We loved this house, check in couldn’t have been easier, and it was SO clean! When you’re at the house it feels like you’re far out in the country, but the city of Broken Arrow is only a few miles away, so there’s close access to amenities. The WiFi worked well (we streamed Netflix on two tv’s and a tablet while one person was also playing an online video game and had no trouble) and there is lots of “home” stuff in this property that I’m not used to seeing in VRBO properties, such as extra hand soap, coffee creamer/sugar, etc. Everything works properly and the beds are comfy! There are several sources of entertainment for smaller children as well, and comfy blankets laid around for great couch snuggling. Lovely property!

My wife and I were traveling to the area to look for a place to retire. We ride motorcycles and had some friends take a ride down with us. Very cool, friendly area. The accommodations were great! Lovely!

Check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was great. House was perfect for a family of 5. Family also visited so the upstairs game room and games were perfect for techy teens. We loved the country setting and serene surroundings. This property is on the east side of Broken Arrow - approximately 25 min away from downtown. Stores/restaurants were maybe 10 min away with Uber Eats availability.

A lovely place to stay

The house was very clean and had that country home feel to it. The location was perfect and neighbors are friendly. Lady neighbor seen us outside and asked if we needed anything from town as she was going to Walmart and sonic. Sweet lady she was. Outdoor toy for the kid to climb around on. Beds were great and the furniture was comfy. Master king bed downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs game room was nice and relaxing with the kiddo. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and all the pots and pans we needed for evening meals. Charcoal grill was nice for grilling burgers. A tip for future guests would be to pack shampoo and enjoy there stay!
