Elevators apparently have not been working for a couple of months. Rooms were satisfactory and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Counter staff was not friendly AT ALL. Will not stay at this chain ever.

Exposed protruding nails in shower. No trash liners. Was told bathtub jets didn’t work after I inquired about cleanliness. The highway was torn up making it difficult to find

There we’re exposed protruding nails in the shower. No trash liners. Opened bar of soap on the bathtub. When I called the front desk and was told the jets in the tub didn’t work. Why rent a room that needed maintenance
