Anniversary trip

This was our 2nd time staying here. The staff was amazing. We went to get ready for bed and I pulled sheets down(I always check our bed fully). There was a few drops of dried blood on sheets. Called front desk and they immediately took care of it and apologized. Brought all clean linen. I keep hoping they will put a fridge or at least a microwave in the rooms. That would make our stay so much easier. Overall a great stay. We had a blast at the casino like always. Twin bridges was a win again as well. Discovered the deli this time around for breakfast, really good food and get your money's worth.

This was a beautiful hotel. The only down side was the scent of the air fresheners. Literlly smelled like fly killer. I got used to it... but it could have been bettwr for sure.

Room was a really good size; there were alcohol containers in the room from the previous person staying and only one towel was in the room. Also I got there at like 11:45 PM and the only option to get food was a vending machine, Or drive 20 min away.

I have been staying at River Bend for at least 6 years or more maybe. I only stay in the hotel I have no idea about the Casino or restaurants. My last visit was less than relaxing. I mentioned the horrible noise coming from another persons room and it was almost all night. They said no one else has said anything which I really find hard to believe but whatever. I did not call down to the front desk as when I have done that before at other hotels nothing has been done. I thought about going to their room personally and telling them to turn down their music. It was horrible!!! The lady at the front desk told me I should have called down because they would have done something about it. So if you stay here and have issues call the front desk!

Great stay

I always try and stay at Riverbend it’s a great hotel. Clean and comfortable!! You have to smell cigarette smoke from the casino but it does not go to the rooms.
