on arrival I ordered room service at 710pm it arrived at 930pm after I had to chase it up at reception. the showers were dirty mold between the tiles and the soap jars fell off the wall during the night. the rooms were just made up but dirty dishes and old coffee/tea cups were just left like that. overall very poor!

Hopeless check-in if you are not computer savvy. Order for dining the same no help from staff. Some of the meal came and about 3/4 hr later asked about the rest and the received it a takeaway container. There were dirty serviettes left on our table. Very disappointed with staff

Disappointing

It was disappointing that the towels were all dirty on arrival and all of the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps were empty. It's hard when you go away so seldomly. 😪 The staff were lovely but the cleaning staff kept hanging on the door trying to get us to church out early and we just wanted to enjoy the short time we had left

Door has some issue when locking, telephone wasn’t working and water was coming off shower which made the bathroom wet most of the times Housekeeping was in 3 days, one day they entered our room without letting us know though we had quite valuables left in the room

I booked a room for 3 ppl and I wasn’t given bedding for child, cutlery or crockery in my kitchenette. No microwave was provided until last night when I asked. I was given two towels also u til I took my own off trolley in hallway. There was no information booklet in room which would be useful for visitors to the area from another state. Easier to get to places from where u are located. Gardener was amazing and kept everything clean outside. Bed was comfy and shower had hot water.

Worked very well for walking to a bus at the Garden City Shopping centre for transport to and from A Day on the Green Concert at Sirromet Winery, Mt Cotton. Breakfast was great and the bed was very comfy.
