Checking in wasn't as friendly I know it's Christmas time it's busy. I reserved our rooms ahead of time a month ago. We checked in at 4 as noted. My daughter room wasn't ready ok were patient. Waited for an hour the fellow behind the counter said her room won't be ready until tomorrow everyone is going home. Needless to say my daughters reassigned room was on the other side of the Hotel. I ordered 2 rooms close for Christmas.

The suite was clean and spacious. It was just what we were looking for. Restaurant and Starbucks downstairs, this was very convenient for us because my husband hurt his foot before we got there and we did not have to leave. Everything we needed was right on site. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. Only one thing to change is the carpet it needes to be up graded.

Everything about this place was great. I only gave 4 stars because it needed a good dusting from top to bottom. Our room was a bit stale-and the bathroom floor was sticky. It wasn't anyone's fault-just an older building that needs a good top to bottom clean. The breakfast was amazing. The host at breakfast was great and so friendly. Everyone we encountered here was friendly. The girls at the coffee shop downstairs were great-and knew how to make real Starbucks orders. I was very impressed. The hotel itself is oddly laid out, and the parking lot is hard to maneuver at times. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again for the price.

I would bring my own sheets, the sheets they have on the bed they are the kind of sheets that stick to you when you turn over, our sheets fitted sheet would not stay tucked under the mattress, so I ask for new sheets and made the bed myself, we had a suite on the 9th floor with spa bath tube. The shower was dark and small, need to go out for breakfast but they do have a dam good pizza
