The condo itself was well furnished and looked to be nice, but the floors were completely disgusting. It was all hard flooring that were not swept or mopped in a very long time. The soles of our feet turned completely black within 30 minutes of walking around. Upon further inspection, we found all of the bedding on both beds were covered in hair, indicating they had not been washed or changed since the last guest. We immediately contacted the hosts.The first communication was relatively fast, however, the person responding to the texts would frequently fail to address all the issues which forced us to ask for a phone call. The person we spoke to was helpful and understanding. After speaking to them, they had someone deliver new sheets and offered to have to cleaning services come back the next day. The next day after the cleaners had come back and cleaned again, the floors were better, but still not clean. They left all of the gross sheets that we had changed from the night before. They also did not remove all of the garbage we had swept up the night before. We reached out again within 24 hours, noting that the sheets and garbage were still left behind, and received a basic "sorry" text from the host. There was no follow up phone call or any other communication afyer that.
