The property was very nice and it seemed to have been remodeled recently. The location on Indian Point is great, you're very close to everything around.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hawthorne 1422. We visited for our 23rd anniversary and it was the perfect choice. Great location, clean, and absolutely beautiful with an outstanding view. Very impressed with our first trip to Branson!

Very nice condo with a nice view of the lake. Unit has been well maintained and was very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you're interested in going to Silver Dollar City. Just a very short drive to get there. Would recommend this property to couples looking for a nice place to stay.

amazing rental for couples stay!

my husband and i come to branson twice a year, in december we make it a couples retreat - this is one of our favorites we have stayed in over the last 5 years! the bed was SO comfortable, i regret not looking at the rag so we could buy one for home! very luxurious unit, will be staying again!

The absolutely best place to stay in Branson

This condo has a breath taking view of Table Rock Lake plus its like being at home away from with the beautiful decor comfy seating for everyone, It has always been spotlessly clean. The king size bed is very comfortable with waster and dryer in the in the walk=in closet, The kitchen is supplied with every thing you need plus my favorite appliance a Keurig coffee maker! We will be back!!

Amazing stay!

The stay was good. The place was very clean and spacious, and the view was awesome. The location was great as well! However, the bed feels quite old and the pillows seem worn out and uncomfortable. The bed creaks when you move, which unfortunately made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

We have been renting this condo for years from a previous owner, and management on site. The view is beyond beautiful, and we enjoy it very much. That is what kept us coming back to the Treehouse Condo. The condo was always spotless, and towel exchange was on site. The condo could use some major cleaning and mildew remover for the shower. The balcony was very clean but the walkway to the front door was full of cobwebs and bugs. The building maintenance was always great. Not so much now. We were given instructions many times as what not to do and all rules. The login and password were given for the Wi-Fi. I tried many times with no luck to login. I called Rent Branson to report I could not login and that the router was blinking, which they called the owner. Rent Branson called me back to let me know the owner said no one else had any problems and to reset the router. They also confirmed the login and password. I reset, unplugged to reset and still could not get on. When we were leaving for a show, I called again to report this. I left 3 messages and spoke to a person the 4th time. They were going to check and call me back. Still waiting. I was reading the instruction book that was in the condo a few days later looking at it and noticed a Wi-Fi login and password! Completely different than what I was give many times! It worked! I missed out on several of the free tickets because I do not have unlimited data plan. I relied on the free Wi-Fi. Instructions were given for housekeeping and maintenance but where? Nothing told us where to get clean towels? I had to wash our two towels every other day. I see from the reviews that the mattress had seen it's better days and it was replaced and very comfortable. The living room furniture has not been updated and is in desperate need of updating or as the very least new cushions. That would help a great deal. The view is outstanding! The balcony is wonderful! Update the cushions, clean and Rent Branson needs to give a few helpful instructions.

Beautiful views

The condo was very nice. Beautiful views. But they need to get someone else to clean. There was hair all in the bathroom. Food was left on the floor. Outside rug had cigarette ashes all over the rug outside. I go barefoot when I am inside. I had to sweep before I could enjoy. There was food smudges on the chairs. This had nothing to do with the owners. Just the cleaning crew they hired.

One suggestion, felt or silicone pads on the dining table chairs, every time one was moved the scraping noise on the floor tile was annoying, especially from the condo above us. Made one call to change the date, was handled quickly and efficiently with friendly staff member
