Uncomfortable bed

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no padding to it. The shower door in the corner had mildew soup scum. In the bathroom corner the wall paper was hanging. Our room was right next to the ice machine room so we heard that off and on. I have stayed at this hotel years ago and everything was great back then but this time around was not so great. I don't think I would come back.

The only complaint I have is the first night. Whoever was on staff at the front desk.Was very snappy and rude. I asked a simple question about the pool and got a very snappy rude response. Also, it would have been nice to have been able to swim on sunday, but the pool was closed. Everything else about our stay wass five star.

Nice place to stay! Only Down fall is the pool was out of service a big let down, we was waiting to swim after a long Day at silver Dollar city. In my view if no pool is available you should receive a discount !

Staff very nice. I requested a handicap accessible room. Room had grab bars but no walk in/roll in shower. The bed was terrible. It was worn out to the point you could feel springs making hard spots. Since having extensive back surgery the condition was horrible.
