Clean, quiet and comfy with good breakfast

The service was excellent. We arrived in town a little earlier than checkout and were able to check in early with no fee. The hotel is clean and beds were comfy. The pull out couch was not very comfy but that is to be expected. The hotel was quiet. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was good. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The hotel was clean, great breakfast, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as easy to get ahold of. I liked how centrally located it was to the main strip. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I would most definitely stay again with my family.

This is a good place for a cheaper option in Branson. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some work. The indoor pool was freezing cold, too cold for little kids but there was a hottub to warm you up. They said they had a game room/arcade but we couldnt find it so it must not be very accessible. The staff was friendly. They have extended hours, compared to other hotels, for breakfast times. The food was decent as well. If I were taking kids to Branson I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. Pool was okay. Pool towels were the size of hand towels. Our room had bedbugs however, so a week later we are still covered in itchy and painful bites.

Infested with black ants, was moved to another room at other end of building and different floor and ants were crawling out of wall recepticle in the second room. When complaining at front desk another person said their room also had ants. They did refund our money when we moved to another hotel.
