"Think of the Bates Motel…. My comforter had a stain on it, I ask them to change it. Was it changed you ask? No, not for the entire time I was there. They changed nothing but the towels. No ac and the room smelled awful, I had to leave the window open to air out the room. Never again"

"Did the job for 1 night as we were exhausted. But will never stay there again. It was dirty and we saw roaches. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. Also, people live there long term. Will never stay there again"
