Clean spaces, nice staff, welcome drinks. Perfect “stash closets” throughout the hotel where you can find “ear plugs ( very convenient when the hotel is in a student area), extra towels, combs, body lotion, etc. Great jacuzzi located on the roof top. Over all awesome stay

This was my second stay at the Moxy Boulder in a two-month period, and the quality of the room and amenities remained excellent. I specifically requested the same room for my return visit, which the staff accommodated during a slow January week. I stayed four nights, and the experience was positive overall. On the morning of checkout, I requested a 1:00 p.m. checkout after my flight time changed. I was told this could not be accommodated due to housekeeping staffing and that late checkout was reserved for elite status guests. While I understand policy constraints, the hotel appeared to be very lightly occupied, and a one-hour extension seemed reasonable under the circumstances.

Had a fabulous stay at Moxy Boulder. Was in town visiting my son to see his hockey games at CU Boulder. The check-in was seamless. Prior to booking a had read a few negative reviews related to noisy kids, being so close to The Hill, and that the rooms were small and did not have closets.

First and foremost, it said parking included. Only parking available is valet for $40 extra. Although there is plenty of residential parking in the neighborhood, there is no place to unload bags check in and then go park. Everything said valet only. Arrived early and asked for a room on the west side. despite being a bonvoy member… because I booked a third-party Expedia. I was told I had to wait till after 4:30 to get any kind of preference on a room. Instead of being told we can wait till later and check you in. I was told this room is available, with The perception that they had a room available per my request of a west facing view. instead, I got a room over looking directly into somebody else’s room! as a matter of fact, it was several other people rooms that I was literally just looking into their window. The front desk person knew exactly what I was asking for… instead of giving me options to wait and get the west facing view, they gave me a room with the exact OPPOSITE of my request. I immediately went down and said I think there was a misunderstanding in my request. She said well I’m sorry we reserve that preference for people who do not book third-party a.k.a. Expedia. Why have partnerships with companies like Expedia if you’re gonna be treated like anything other than a guest!!! I actually own a private car service and would never treat a guest this way despite who they booked through to receive my services. Very disappointed!!!
