This was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was hustling and the staff was supurb at accomodating everyone's needs. Hyatt certainly knows how to run a FULL complimentary breakfast. We always recommend more hooks in the bathroom. The bed was super cozy and it was nice to have the extra space of a king sized room. Well done! We used Braintree as a launching point to Quincy and Boston's historical sites.

The proeprty is in a decent location with a few dining options just a short walk away. The cleaners could do a better job as we found several items that should have been disposed of. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

Not having the rooms cleaned every day generates a sense of un confort. The shower area was not really clean, the floor and walls seem look very dirty. No safety box in the room.

Parking was fine. Breakfast was the star of the show. That juice machine, and the potatoes were a pleasant surprise. Bathrooms were dirty. I don’t think the bathroom floor had been washed in a while. Dust, dirt, spots and hair. Mold in the shower grout on the walls. I only stayed for one night so it was fine for the stay. For the prices paid , needs to be better cleaned. Found hairs on my bed as it was made, hoping its house keeping and not a prior guest. Over all I would stay again for a short stay.

The location is perfect, however, the amenities and services need quite a bit of upgrade. Some may justify it by saying you get what you pay for, but I will let you have your own experience. On arrival, around 10 pm, no one was available to check us in. Waited 10 mins before someone showed up. Check-in was quick thankfully as we were tired and wanted to get into room as soon as possible. The bathroom was a nightmare, flush didn't work and you have to hold onto the knob to ensure it flushed. Shower curtain were barely hanging in place. Next day, when we got back in evening, the room was not cleanes up. Not even the beds were made or linen replaced. Breakfast services were closed 30 mins early. I could go on, but I guess you get the picture. But yes, it was cheaper than other hotels and located at a convenient distance feom downtown.

The pet fee should be clearly defined. I told the front desk representative that I have a dog and he didn’t mention anything of an up-charge . Yet once my card was swiped and I was getting ready to head over to my room he then states, “ ohh by the way there’s an 85.00 pet charge” . That’s highly unprofessional it would have been nice to be informed before being charged of the fee. You would think paying $200.00 just for one night and then an additional unexpected charge that the place would be decent instead it was mediocre at most. The shower made a loud noise when the water was turned on . With a charge of over 300 I’d expect more. At this point I’m just disappointed next time I’m in the Massachusetts area I will be looking elsewhere.
