This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view. Conveniently located near highways, between Boston and Cape Cod, easy drive to Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway and Xfinity Center, our home is surrounded by many local amenities. (Upper Level)

We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay.

Considerations -

This home is in the upper unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with one flight of stairs. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a three flights of stairs by the parking spaces.

The unit below is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it!

Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, with many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this.

Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for parking. Please note that the laundry is not in the unit which was fine for us going up and down the stairs outside but for older guests it could be difficult. The unit was very spacious and perfect for our multi generational family trip. Would definitely stay there again.
