"Check in was super easy And front desk associate I think her name was Cristian was amazing she went above in the kidness and accommodating our large group. She was super Friendly and showed she cared for the guests checking. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Only down was the rooms had a weird smell but you quickly got used to it."

"Tony the property owner was responsive and let us in remotely when we messed up the unlock code. He was kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. There are two highchairs and two portacribs! The place was neat, it had a captains quarters man cave decorated with naval gear and a funky vintage bar downstairs, a living room, dining room, kitchen, lanai sunroom with AC, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms. My husband and I, our young daughter and baby slept great and the AC was ice cold. Thank you for a great stay. "

"My 18 year old grandaughter found 4 bats in her apartment. It was late at night and i live in another town. I got on the hotels.com app and imeadiatly searched for hotels. I called the hotels directly to confirm that she would not have to show my credit card and could check in at 18. After a couple of no we cant do that. I called quality inn. The front dest attendant assured me they would allow her to check in but would need credit card on file. I told her i could book it and drive 30 min to show my credit card. She said no need book thru the app and i will wait for you to come back to the phone and will get your card info over the phone. What a lifesaver. My grandaughter was in her room 15 min after i got off the phone. And everyone was able to get some sleep and not worry about bats. Thank you so much Quality Inn. You definatly will be our first choice when traveling and our top recomendation. "
