Boise stay for swim meet

Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and black out curtains make for a good night sleep. Condo is across from an elementary school playground so if you need quiet during the day bring ear plugs. Wonderful stay overall!

Great little home1!!

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to everything! Home was comfortable, clean and well stocked! Only one issue was the coffeemaker was very dirty upon arrival. They did offer to have a crew come clean it but that was not necessary, I just bough a small one or use during my stay. Otherwise great place and would stay again!

Could Never Enter Unit

Despite repeated texts to the property manager, to include videos of the problems we were facing, and spending over 2-1/2 hours in the parking lot outside of the unit, we were never able to enter. I believe the cylinder on the lock was broken, so we could not open the door. The property manager was distinctly unhelpful, and failed to open the property door by the time of our allotted sign-in, so we reported the problem to VRBO and booked a hotel.

Bedding in Boise

Good location near my brother's condo. Only shortfall was lack of a convenience store or grocery nearby. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. In unit laundry was a plus. While coffee was provided, there was no powdered creamer as a complement. Also, a bottle of water per person per day would be a nice touch. Restaurants were a short walk away. All in all, we would stay again.

Property does NOT have a bathroom for each bedroom

Very disappointed to discover that this property was not as described. It claims to have a bathroom for each bedroom but in truth it has one Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the master. The other bathroom is a converted powder room down stairs with a tiny shower with a folding door and very poor drainage. I will not stay there again.

Wonderful Property

The place was immaculate, the location was perfect (views of the foothills, grassy front lawn, quiet), and the amenities were outstanding (pool, washer, dryer, fireplace). My biggest concern, yet unresolved is why was it listed for 95 per night, 665 for a 7 night stay, but I only saw the additional fees and taxes in an email receipt after ,making the reservation that totaled over 1100. In addition I received another notification from Home Away with an even higher total of over 1200. The first receipt referred you to contact home away directly, yet they shared no contact information. I tried calling the original booking site, but was 7th in line, and had to abandon the call. Not a good situation when your time is valuable. The property is well worth more than 95 night, but the addition of ownwers fees, cleaning fee, listing fees, and 4 different entries for taxes, makes me think of Marriott and their resort fees. Where's the truth in advertising?

A great vacation in Boise!

We completely enjoyed our vacation in Boise. The townhouse was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The location was perfect. A quick walk to great restaurants and the greenbelt for running too! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was a great space to relax. We look forward to our next trip to Boise and hope this townhouse will be available to rent! Thank you! 😀

Not a comfortable place particularly

The property was not particularly comfortable for us. We are older baby boomers and we did not like the steep stairs going up to the bedrooms. When we booked it we did not see the stairs in any of the pictures. Also when we walked in, the place was freezing cold. It would have been prudent for housekeeping to turn up the heat from 55 degrees before we arrived that day. It was not as big on the main floor as it looked in pictures. The lighting was not very good, especially outside coming in from the parking area. It could be dangerous, especially in the winter time when walkways can be slick. It needs a motion light. We stayed for a month there while visiting family in Boise. It would have been nice to have housekeeping come at least once during the month, but that apparently was not an option. We called to have a couple of doors fixed that were broken, but it took several days for anyone to come and then they were not really fixed. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.
