Great place, rude reception.

The place was lovely, and looks very high standard. However the man at reception is very grumpy, condescending, passive aggressive and frankly rude. He made me feel like a nuisance for arriving earlier than I originally said, spoke to me like a child who's never used a fob or a door key before.

Lovely place but terrible sleep

Very noisy at a weekend due to the bins being directly outside the window of the apartment, the windows don’t block out any noise. Don’t expect any sleep! The gentleman also told me he upgraded us however this clearly wasn’t the case. Which I wasn’t bothered about, but don’t tell someone something if it’s not factual. The apartment itself is beautiful, and location is perfect for centre of town.

Lovely comfortable accommodation in Birmingham

I stay with two of my colleagues, so three one bedroom apartments. Each were excellent both in size, quality, cleanliness. just one small point was the difficulty was the heating which took sometime to try to manage. Apart from that everything was fine and would definitely book again.

What a gem!

Beautiful building, lovely apartment, well located near the heart of the city within walking distance of great restaurants and bars, and shopping. There's nothing not to like about these apartments. The kitchen area is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, plenty of storage in the bedroom, I can't fault it. If I need to stay longer in Birmingham for work, I'd happily stay here.
