Our king suite room had such dirty floors upon arrival that we had to keep our shoes on in the room. The sleeper sofa sheets were dirty and had food from precious tenants. The AC LEAKED ALL NIGHT all over our shoes and they were soaked so bad that we couldn’t wear them. Ruined a brand new pair of $200 white brooks shoes. Room wouldn’t get cooler than 73 degrees. Door handle to the bedroom was broken. Very disappointed considering how much we paid

Having enough attractions that we could stay on property. We were pleased with restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was nice and the grandkids loved the bunk beds. All the staff were friendly and courteous. We would visit again.

It was a pretty good stay with children. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Food was a little over priced but convenient. Would probably stay again.

Resort was clean overall. It was a good stay, only stayed 1 night. Our first time staying, did not realize check in was on the 10th floor and parking was confusing at first. Pull into the garage, park for 10 minutes and check in. Check in was busy and the elevators were a challenge. It wasn't easy to get an elevator to our floor and if you have to go up and down to your car it will take a while. It took us a while to get our bearings, I don't think this place is user friendly at first but once you know where everything it is easier to get around. The pool is nice, the lazy river is short and the slides were pretty good. I liked that you could use a tube on one of the slides as it makes you go faster. The kids splash pad is a bit small. They are pretty strict about taking your own food and drinks to the pool. There are few umbrellas so there isn't much shade at the pool. We were able to use the pool the next day even after we checked out at 11am, check in is late at 4pm so it's nice to get extra time the following day. Overall a good overnight stay but we like the Oasis resort better in Gulfport.
