Employee passed out at breakfast
The hotel is definitely “you get what you pay for” as far as the listed accommodations and overall environment that is expected. All was well until my husband and I went down to breakfast only to be greeted by the 3rd shift employee completely out of her mind, passed out on the counter while standing up. This was at 7 am and she stayed that way for at least 10 mins. I only recorded roughly 60 secs. When I brought this to the attention of staff upon checking out, the lady who stated she was the manager said that “her back has been hurting” while the male employee just shrugged it off, not even an apology. I haven’t even mentioned the reaction from my 2 young children who we both genuinely shocked. I’ve tried to reach out to someone, yet no one has been filling to help. This is the 2nd I”incident” I’ve had booking with hotels.com . Not even a week ago, due to a glitch with the hotels.com app after clicking reserve room for another choice hotels hotel room, the date was changed from that day I was booking to the end of July. After spending hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, I haven’t received any response for either of these issues. I’ll try to attach the video.
