hotel stay

The rooms were nice and very clean. The breakfast in the mornings were fine. Seemed to be a lot of children there and they had a tendancy to run the halls. Overall nice place.

The Holiday Inn Express Nightmare

We checked in around 9:30pm and we did not get the rooms we reserved. It took us 30min to get checked in and no-one else was in the lobby. Guest service of the hotel staff was that they were very rude. I am a priority club member,and I have never been this disgusted with a Holiday Inn Express.The breakfast was empty and they didn;t have anyone in there as a host,and the front desk staff was trying to check people out and run the breakfast,Poor Management and staff. Clean it up guys ! Will never be back at this location.

Nice beds but not what you expect from the Chain.

The pool was dirty, no one had cleaned the deck area. The room was nice after we had to be moved due to a non working air conditioner. I'm used to hard boiled eggs from Holiday Inn Express so we were surprised not to find them at breakfast. Please don't buy the washcloths they are trying to sell you. I was not told that they are 2nds at best. I would not let any guest use them.
