This place was a dirty mess. The floor of the lobby where breakfast looked to be located was littered with dirt. We left after we went in the room to find used soap in the shower and by the sink, sand in a bed and food pieces in the floor. Area was very sketchy too. Lots of people loitering around. Not a safe or acceptable place to stay.

I arrived late in the evening after driving all day long. I had booked this hotel prior to arriving. When I arrived the lobby door was locked and no one answered the doorbell or phone. I had to scramble late at night after driving all day, exhausted and try finding another hotel. Not happy about that at all!!!!

The people in line checking in before me were given a room number and returned to the desk because they walked in on someone who was already occupying the room. The room I was given clearly hadn't been vacuumed, there was floss on the bathroom floor, and the building hallway was stained and had a smell to it. I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because it looked sketchy. Overall its not the absolute worst place you could possibly find, but it is definitely not worth the price. Rooms should cost about $60/night here.

I was not impressed with my stay, the parking lot was not very well maintained and the pool looked like you were at the beach, sand all over the bottom, even though it was an outdoor pool it could have been better maintained. And then I got locked out of my room, had to go to the front office for them to reset my key. The room it self was clean, but the coffee in the rooms was not good.

The condition of the room did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As a result, we did not feel safe or comfortable remaining at the property and had no choice but to leave shortly after arrival. We booked this room expecting a clean and safe environment, and the experience we encountered was completely unacceptable.

I don’t even know where to start… Property is very run down, the room was extremely dirty. Thankfully no bed bugs I could see but There was mouse poop on the beds. Which is just as bad if not worse…. I immediately went to the front desk and a very kind female receptionist promptly canceled my reservation. I appreciated that she didn’t make things difficult with the cancellation after check in. I got the impression that this happens often. I was able to reserve last minute at Baymont down the street for the same price and the room and facility was much cleaner. Surprised this place is still open. I think at one point this place might’ve been a great facility but unfortunately it’s not anymore.
