Ambiance was fun, romantic. Linens were soft, well vacuumed carpet and nicely clean bathroom. We lost quite a lot of value when we found we did not have a remote to work our fireplace with. Then we lost even more value when we found our in room jacuzzi heart shaped tub was draining through an incomplete seal and could not fill it past the jets or keep it filled enough long enough to enjoy ourselves.

Air was cold! Hot tub was hot ! Breakfast was great ! Been coming here for a long time and we keep coming back because of all the little things also like they give you the good coffee creamer French vanilla or hazelnut. Not the generic stuff Lot of places switched to. They have good hair shampoo and conditioner. That’s what makes the difference for me.

The staff were rude, they told us not to eat the sausages at breakfast because the microwave them and we won’t like them. There was a phone in the room that was not working as it was missing a cord. Breakfast was minimal and cold. I had to go looking for a staff at the front desk after standing there for 10 minutes. I found them in the closed dining area chatting. Over all not a good hotel and clearly staff are not happy but willing to share that.

There was a dirty sock, not ours, left on the bathroom floor. The toilet had a ring around the top where it doesnt look like it had been cleaned in a while. Crumbs on the sofa in the room. Dusty lamps. I dont think they clean their rooms very well. At least the sheets looked clean.

Room was clean and good breakfast but Sink was super low and the room was not ADA Lights out in bathroom, making the room dark No outlet or light by the mirror for a second person to get ready outside the bathroom Mold staring in the top corner of the shower
